8th Grade Awards Ceremony

On June 14, 2017, Macy Intermediate recognized a great class of 8th graders. While our staff is excited to see them start their next journey, we are also a little sad to watch our young knights walk out those doors.

Adelante Mujer Latina

Fifty Macy girls in grades 6th- 8th were able to attend the Adelante Mujer Conference at Pasadena City College on Saturday, April 20, 2017.  This was a district sponsored field trip. Students were able to attend workshops presented by professional women who work in various careers such as law, entertainment, education, business and health. A few of our girls got the opportunity to dissect a heart with the guidance of a team of  female doctors. The conference also provided information to parents on college , motivation and financial aid.
